• Regular license fee... $72.
• Ceremony in Recorder’s office, during regular business hours... $40.
• Ceremony at other locations, after hours or weekends... $90.
• Both parties must be at least
  18 years old.
• Both bride and groom must appear in person with current photo I.D. (Driver’s
  license, Passport, Military I.D.)
• No blood test required.
• No divorce papers necessary, if divorce has been final for over 90 days.
• Certified copy “over-the-counter”... $13.
• Information needed for certificate:  bride’s maiden name, groom’s name and date of ceremony. Add $3. for shipping
  and handling, if you want the certificate mailed to you.
